My Training, Qualifications & Experience

I started my career as a registered NHS nurse, then trained as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

I am also a trained teacher.

I now specialise in EMDR for many issues including: trauma and childhood difficulties.

I specialise in Grief and Bereavement and Loss counselling support.

I am on the Accredited Register of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am a Member of the EMDR Association UK.

I work with a model of therapy that uses different approaches depending on what a client is struggling with.  This is called an Integrative Model.

Alongside this I use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing).
